The Fine Print..........

Using your dog leash as a "tether" will VOID the warranty.  Normal "wear & tear" or faded/frayed leashes & collars don't qualify for warranty.  If you can snap a quick photo and email it to us, that is VERY much appreciated and it will expedite the replacement process.  No refunds...that's why we offer this pawesome chew proof warranty.

 

3 Simple Steps For Your Tuff Leash Replacement:

STEP 1:

Click HERE to request a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Leash Lab.

 

STEP 2:

After you have received the RA number please complete this simple WARRANTY REQUEST FORM.

 

STEP 3:

Print the completed Warranty Request Form and enclose it along with your leash/collar and $15 bucks.  Return it to Chew Proof Technologies LLC using the address on the completed form.  Please place your leash/collar in a ZipLoc baggie before shipping it back to us.  Once we receive your leash or collar we will begin building your brand new replacement.  Unfortunately, we don't reimburse for shipping; BUT we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement items back to you!  We recommend using a courier who offers tracking such as USPS.

 

Note: If your leash has a carabiner on it, please remove it prior to returning your leash.
